Lake Pend Oreille - Garfield Bay

Garfield Bay is one of the better spots to stock up on provisions such as meat, dairy and bread. The store there goes beyond the "convenience stores" elsewhere on the lake. There are several restaurants to choose from at this stop. Limited guest moorage is available with no shower facilities. Gas is available. This bay is extremely rough in a storm , especially those blowing in from the south. This is a great spot to stop to eat and pick up groceries, but no the best for overnight moorage.
