Lucky Peak - Turner Gulch Ramp

This ramp is nice due to its proximity to Boise. Access is via the top of
Lucky Peak dam. The Barclay Bay
ramp is about 3/4 of a mile to the west but is only usable during times
when the lake is nearly full. Turner Gulch ramp on the other hand is accessible
nearly all year round due to its length.
