Lucky Peak - Robie Creek

Robie Creek Robie Creek offers more camping on the lake, with several docks available for one or several boats. On shore picnic shelters make dining a bit easier, if the water is being churned up by the power boats. Robie Creek is down a narrow finger of the reservoir and is quite popular for water skiing. The first thing you will notice when entering this part of the lake is the large bridge over the lake. This can be exciting if you have no idea how tall your mast is. Our Hunter 260 goes under it with many feet to spare. There are three nice camp sites just prior to entering the "no wake zone" at Robie Creek. About 1/4 of a mile through this no wake zone brings you to the Robie Creek park and boat ramp. It is worth the short trip up the canyon to check it out.
