Lucky Peak - Deer Flat

Deer flat offers many docks, some of which are in small coves. This is a
south facing slope looking out over the "main channel" about 1.5 miles from
Lucky Peak dam. If you want to be ready for some early morning sailing,
then this is a great place to stay due to the short distance to travel to
the dam.
Many docks are available, most with covered picnic tables and some with toilet
facilities. Once nice aspect of this area is the large number of trees on
the shoreline. You almost forget your are in the desert.
