Lucky Peak - Castle Rock

The Castle Rock campground is located about 1 mile south east of the Spring Shores marina directly across the lake. It is a popular spot for tent campers, with many docks and a large grassy area for picnics. There are bathroom facilities at this site as well. These docks are only usable when the lake is nearly full. The approach to the docks can be quite shallow, so caution is in order. This shoal area offers a great place to throw out your anchor with a nice mud bottom. There is quite a bit of water skiing activity at this site.
